Built on the robust GSK-Link industrial fieldbus, our servo motors, coupled with GR-L series servo devices and 25-bit or higher resolution absolute encoders, deliver nano-level interpolation. This ensures that the system's output accuracy aligns perfectly with the servo motor encoder's feedback accuracy, maximizing the performance of high-resolution encoder servo motors for superior high-speed, high-precision processing outcomes.
During the roughing process, a periodic sine/cosine wave disturbance is applied to the feed axis. This causes the tool to oscillate along the cutting path, breaking continuous chips into manageable pieces and preventing them from entangling with the tool or workpiece, which could otherwise lead to tool breakage or misalignment of the workpiece.
The system is equipped with 5 feed axes and 2 analog spindles. When paired with a servo spindle, it enables functionalities such as spindle orientation, rigid tapping, cylindrical interpolation, and polar coordinate interpolation, effectively meeting the diverse requirements of turning and milling operations.
During program execution, the workpiece entity is utilized as a model to simulate the real machining environment. This makes the tool path visualization more intuitive, simplifying the process of identifying and correcting programming errors.
The thread repair function allows for the precise repair of damaged threads, whether they be large oil pipelines or screws, regardless of whether the machine tool utilizes a servo spindle or an analog spindle.
