GSKGPC1000A Universal PLC
GSKGPC1000A universal PLC integrates multi-channel motion control and I/O logic control, it can realize real-time control of servo unit and I/O unit through GSK-Link control bus, connect CNC system through GSK-Link-PA equipment bus, and connect robot controller with process management, equipment monitoring and production information management system through LAN.

Multi-channel motion control
GSKGPC1000A universal PLC can control up to 8 motion channels (motion tracks), and up to 16 servo drive units can be connected through GSK-Link control bus, and the motion programs of each motion channel execute in parallel. Each motion channel can be configured with up to 6 feed axes to support positioning, straight line, jump and other motion commands. |
PLC logic control
GSKGPC1000A universal PLC host provides 24-point input /16-point output, and can expand up to 16 I/O units through GSK-Link control bus. Each I/O unit provides 48-point input /24-point output (according to different I/O unit specifications) and 4 channels of 0-10V analog voltage output. |
Digital communication management
GSKGPC1000A universal PLC forms GSK-Link-PA device bus with the connected master gateway and the connected slave gateways of CNC system and robot controller, which can transmit control information and status data in real time, simplify the electrical connection between devices, and realize centralized monitoring management for devices of slave station. GPC1000A controller can connect up to 16 slave stations through GSK-Link-PA device bus. |
Remote monitoring and information management
GSKGPC1000A universal PLC supports TCP/IP protocol, and can access workshop LAN to realize remote monitoring and process management of controller equipment and production line. It can establish a seamless connection between production equipment and manufacturing system (MES), and truly realize the networking and informationization of the manufacturing process. |

GSKGPC1000A universal PLC can be used as the only controller of automation equipment, and can also be used as the master controller in automatic production line composed of several CNC machine tool, robots, truss manipulator, etc.

Master controller can control up to 8 motion channels (motion tracks), and up to 16 servo drive units can be connected through GSK-Link control bus, and the motion programs of each motion channel can be executed in parallel. Each motion channel can be configured with up to 6 feed axes to support straight line, jump, stacking and other motion commands.
Master controller host provides 24-point input /16-point output, and can expand up to 8 I/O units through GSK-Link control bus. Each I/O unit provides 48-point input /24-point output (according to different I/O unit specifications) and 4 channels of 0-10V analog voltage output.
HMI unit can be 12 or 15 inches touch screen used for monitoring and management of GPC1000A controller and production line. Graphical interface can be developed through HMICFG configuration software in accordance with user demand.
Hand-held teach pendant (GHT065) |
Hand-held teach pendant is a 6.5 inches liquid crystal display with a resolution of 640x480. It is configured with a film-attached keyboard, two independent buttons, one emergency stop button and one dial switch. The communication with the master controller system is established via Ethernet interface. The user can conduct manual teaching operation, edit and manage program documents, monitor coordinates value of axis, I/O and data register, set systems and parameters, display alarm information and necessary operation instruction and so on through the hand-held teach pendant.

GPCCFG software can help the user to edit and develop ladder diagram and motion program of master controller on PC computer and realize two-way transmission of ladder diagram, motion program and configuration information between PC computer and master controller
GPC1000A controller host has 24-channel input points and 16-channel output points. When existing I/O points are insufficient, I/O unit expansion input and output can be added to the loop of GSK-Link control bus.
In addition, GPC1000A controller can connect GSK CNC system and robot controller network through gateway to form GSK-Link-PA device bus network.

Applications
GSK motor end cover automatic production line |
GSK motor end cover automatic production line realizes automatic machining and informationalized management of GSK-SJT series motor end cover. It consists of 1 GPC1000A general control cabinet (including HMI unit), 3 G-210 CNC lathe of Guangzhou Machine Tool Works, 2 6-joint RB08 transfer robot, 1 automatic turnover mechanism, 1 plane belt conveyor, 1 rotary table, 1 finished product rack and device monitoring workstation, process management workstation and production information management station. The layout is as shown in Fig.1 on the right.
Blank material is put on the rotary table, then taken by the robot 1 to the machine tool 1 for first-step machining. After being machined, the workpiece is put on the turnover mechanism by robot 1, then turned over by the turnover mechanism, put on the belt conveyor, and fed to machine tools 2 and 3 by robot 3 for second-step machining. After being machined, the finished product is put in the finished product rack by robot 2.
In the motor end cover automatic production line, GPC1000A controls automatic turnover mechanism, plane belt conveyor and rotary table through GSK-Link bus, realizes data interchange with G-210 CNC lathe (GSK988TB) and RB08 robot (robot controller) through GSK-Link-PA device bus, and realizes informationization of production and manufacturing process through LAN connection process management, device monitoring and information management system. Automatic loading and unloading control system for machining |
Automatic loading and unloading control system of Guangzhou company is a double-truss manipulator structure and used for automatic loading and unloading operation for machine tool machining. The device is configured with GPC1000 universal PLC, including master controller, hand-held teach pendant and I/O unit. Site installation and commissioning is as shown in the following figure:
In the loading and unloading structure, GPC1000A controller adopts double-channel control. Each channel controls 2 servo feed axes to independently accomplish motion of each channel. Data communication with CNC machine tool is carried out through I/O unit.
