Parts and components must be securely clamped by the customized fixture for full-length welding without any distortion, insufficient welding, undercut, air vents, or other welding faults;
1.Minimize the manual operation range between two stations within the robot's reach. Properly layout the stations for compactness, optimal space utilization, and reduced occupied area;
2.Workstations should have arc light protection, safety light curtains, and other safety facilities. Two stations should operate independently without interfering with each other to maximize device utilization;
