Customer Requirements

1. A single RB08 robot, paired with two CNC turning machines and an automatic loading/unloading auxiliary device, creates a seamless robot turning machine loading/unloading system.
2. It meticulously follows the production cycle time, ensuring high production efficiency, safety, and reliability throughout the entire process.
3. The gripper securely holds the workpiece, preventing it from being released or falling out even if the robot is turned off or its gas supply is depleted. It also features a position confirmation switch for added assurance.
4. The flexible loading/unloading system can be adapted for automatic handling of various types of workpieces, providing unmatched versatility.

Application Effect

1. Adhering to principles of economy, safety, superior operation, reliability, and flexibility, the design allows minor adjustments to the rotary loading machine and gripper to accommodate the loading/unloading of four different customer-provided workpieces.
2. Upon receiving a signal from the robot, the turning machine halts all operations until the robot safely exits, ensuring seamless and safe interaction between the robot and the machine tool. The interlock mechanism guarantees operational safety and reliability.
3. Its control system is equipped with soft and hard limits, abnormality control, emergency stop, and other default displays and alarm functions. The gripper ensures that the workpiece remains secure even if the robot is turned off or its gas supply is depleted.
4. The system can handle three shifts, provided workers supply sufficient workpieces, ensuring continuous machining and high production efficiency.
