Harnessing the power of the GSK-Link industrial fieldbus, our servo motors, paired with GR-L series servo devices and top-tier 25-bit or higher high-resolution absolute encoders, achieve nano-level interpolation. This synergy ensures the system's output accuracy is perfectly aligned with the servo motor encoder's feedback precision, unlocking the full potential of high-resolution encoder servo motors. Oscillating chip break
During roughing, we employ strategic sine/cosine wave interference on the feed axis, prompting the tool to oscillate along the cutting path. Thread repair function
The thread repair function empowers the machine to restore damaged threads (such as large oil pipelines or screws) regardless of the spindle type, be it servo or analog, ensuring versatility and reliability in thread maintenance.

Polygon turning

For traditional polygon processing, power milling tools are usually used for processing. For occasions where high precision is not required the polygon turning function can be used to accelerate the processing of various polygons by the offset angle before synchronizing the workpiece axis with the main control axis and changing the speed ratio of the workpiece axis and the tool axis.
