Oscillating Chip Break
During the roughing process, the system applies a specific frequency of sine/cosine wave interference to the feed axis. This causes the tool to oscillate along the cutting track, breaking continuous chips into smaller pieces. This prevents chips from entangling the tool or workpiece, thereby averting tool breakage or workpiece deviation from the rotational center during machining.
