Powered by the advanced GSK-Link industrial field BUS, the GSK980TDi is equipped with a BUS servo drive unit and a multi-core 23-bit absolute encoder servo motor, achieving an impressive 0.1μm position accuracy. This high-tech system supports on-line configuration of servo parameters and non-block mechanical zero return. During roughing, a specific frequency of sine/cosine wave interference is applied to the feed axis, causing the tool to oscillate along the cutting track. This breaks continuous chips into smaller pieces, preventing them from wrapping around the tool or workpiece, thereby avoiding breakage or deviation from the center of rotation during machining.
