Brief Introduction of GSK 988TD Series Turning Center CNC System
Based on thousands of dual-core hardware architecture, the products of the whole GSK988TD series support GSK-LINK industrial Ethernet bus with independent intellectual property rights and are connected to the servo drive unit and the remote Unit 10. They also support EtherCAT bus and are connected to the standard COE interface servo and Unit 10. They support combined turning-milling machining, high-speed and high precision small line segment machining, multiple sets of G code instructions, dual-channel control, spindle synchronous control, feed axis synchronous control and tilting axis control. They are integrated with the truss room 1 arm releasing control functions, and the system software version can be flexibly configured into single-channel high-speed high-precision standard version, double-channel turning/milling standard version and special dual-channel cabinet version, which are compatible with a variety of machine tool layout and can meet the functional requirements of complex applications.

GSK988TD series products are configured with GR3000-L series bus type spindle servo drive unit, supporting the access of magnetic resistance encoder and magnetic grid encoder and capable of realizing high-precision C axis control.

Description
*The positioning accuracy of the above configuration was obtained by testing on the experimental machine tool of GSK, but there will be differences in practical application, and higher precision data may be obtained after compensation.
*For IGS magnetic resistance, Tamagava magnetic resistance and Heidenhain magnetic grating encoder in the above Table, different gear discs or magnetic gate drums can be selected according to the actual installation size.
Support the Combined Turning, Milling and Drilling Machining
Each channel can be configured with up to 6 feed axis and 3 spindles, and support lathe A/B sets of G code and milling machine G code at the same time. The control type of each channel can be flexibly defined as lathe type or milling machine type, supporting multi-spindle control and CS axis control, and capable of rigid tapping.
Smooth JERK Control Function
The JERK control function design motion control algorithm guarantees that the jerk curve in the acceleration and deceleration process is smooth and smooth, so as to improve and reduce the impact of machine tools when the high-speed motion starts and stops.
Low-frequency Vibration Cutting (LFV) Function (Chip Breaking)
LFV (Low-frequency vibration cutting) is a new type of cutting method. It is a pulse cutting method to improve the cutting efficiency by providing the tool with suitable directions and vibration of certain frequency and amplitude, and can effectively break the chips.
Seamless Access to automatic production line
Seamless connection between the CNC machine tool and automatic devices including industrial robot and truss manipulator can be achieved by accessing the GPC master control unit through the gateway to build an automatic production line, which can greatly save labor costs and improve the production and machining efficiency.
