1. Adopt 4-axis design, simple structure, low failure rate, less floor area

2. Working radius. The maximum working radius is 1410mm, which can be easily applied to the stamping occasions where the center of the punch is 2.5mm away.

3. Move fast. One axis rotation speed is high, far beyond the market existing similar products.

1.The palletized workpiece is 500 * 500 * 720mm, and the finished product of the washing machine with the weight of about 40-60kg;
2. The beat of the stacking line meets the beat of the upstream production line, and the robot palletizing beat is 15s.
3.Ensure stability and reliability during the process.

1. One RMD160 transfer robot and the hand to grip the washing machine, moves the washing machine out of the conveying line, and finishes the palletizing operation on the tray;
